Family
This proprietary tooling and molding process allows up
to eight different tools to be placed in our master mold
frame running a select variety of engineering grade polymers
and thermoplastic elastomers. This unique system is adaptable
to parts with moderate wall thickness and wider dimensional
tolerance ranges. This family concept is generally our
most economical solution in either low or high volume
production, with both significant savings in tooling and
piece part costs. |
Modular
In this process our proprietary tools are placed in
our own master mold frames but run independently. This
process is ideal for close tolerance, thin wall or thick
wall designs run in virtually any material and/or color.
The benefits of this system are reduced tool costs and,
in some cases, depending upon the number of cavities
desired, savings in piece price as well. |

Discrete
Conventional single or multi-cavity molds
are the most common tooling style found in the industry.
This type of molding utilizes a dedicated mold with
one or more cavities running virtually any thermoplastic
material. Through Aucilla's in-house mold design, building
& automation, large volume, tight tolerance work
is possible while controlling costs. |
